Questions not showing since yesterday

We use video ask for recruiting and since yesterday all candidates have reported that videoask is not working, when I try it it shows the video and allows to record, but not the question in text.

 

is anyone else having this issue?

Hi @liz it happens on all our links, here is an example where you can see there is no text question with the default video

Hi @Pablo Velasquez are you using pexels library videos? We’ve had a report that there are some issues with some of the videos in the library, can you try swapping the video to see if it makes a difference?

Hi, @Grace , we were using both Pexel and recorded videos that we did on the plattform.

Support told us to re upload the videos  , we did and the new links worked.
