About a year ago I remember being able to access and download the raw video recording from your site. This feature was useful to us as some videos don't come in as crisp as others. Will this feature ever come back?

At Grace, yes I am. This was such a great feature, we have had the worst lucky using Video ask the last year or so where videos are coming in degraded / low quality even though we are mailing out folks HD cameras and they are recording videos on a strong hardline connection.

I think you’re also talking to the support team so I’m sure they will dive into this further with you, but I’m wondering if you have tried switching from streamed to uploaded recording in the videoask settings? It could make a different to the videos you are receiving, although sounds like you are already going the extra mile to get good recordings!
