Pretty simple ask yet I cannot figure this out….
I am looking to include a question (one slide) asking for both email and phone number IN that question. Without using Short or Long Text, is this possible?

It's not possible to ask for the email and phone number in one singles question, but I agree it'd be a great feature. You might want to post your suggestion here as well, for some extra visibility:
