Bullet points

I am using the document template on typeform to make multiple small documents. 

I read  that you can use Option + 8 to get a bullet point and a colleague seems to have mastered it but its not working on my macbook. I really need this option - would really appreciate any suggestions.

For anyone else with this issue, ‘Option + 8’ is just a keyboard shortcut to get the bullet point character. So if that’s not working, you should be able to simply copy the character from somewhere (e.g. here: •) and paste it into your content.
