button URL is not working on desktop but is working on mobile

Ï have created a form, on the final step I have added an encoded URL to send a WA message. Is working fine on mobile, but in desktop is not working at all. It goes to a 404 page on WA

    Since is on the final screen the “test mode” is not helping me with the issue. 

    So I have enabled inspector (on the browser)

    Network > offline

    So could take the URL: found the issue space char (percentage 20) is on the formed URL

    It makes me wonder how is working on mobile but not in desktop? I have already raise a ticket to support
