Can a photo be uploaded into a type form, when someone is completing the questionnaire?

We are wanting to use Typeform for a customer to fill in the correct details of a purchase where the items have arrived damaged. We require the customer to upload photo’s of the damage as proof. We want to give a link to this form on our customer service page in the website.
Can we achieve this?

@Nicky Gibbons - there is a ‘file upload’ question where the user can attach an image. there are restrictions to the size of the file ie 10mb … so as long as the photo is less than that it should be ok.

Can the user use the camera on the device they are taking the survey on?

Hi @compleat It will depend on the device they’re using, but it should allow them the option to use the camera to upload a file.
