Let’s say I have multiple choice question which I enabled the multiple selection and involves 4 different question like;
A- Sea
B- Sun
C- Beach
D- None of the above
Normally, respondents can choose multiple answers, but I want to disable this feature if the respondent chose D.
Is this possible? If so, how can I do that?

Happy Sunday, @thedesigner ! I can see why you’d want to disable the option to choose multiple selections if the respondent has selected “none of the above.” We don’t have the option to disable an answer if a certain one is selected, but I’ll share this as a feature request to our product team for you.

i was faced with a similar issue in a form that i am working on.. my ‘workaround’ on this was to use the logic branching to assess the selection of None of the above as part of a multiple
If qN is D-none of the above and if qN is A-choice, then jump to qX (repeat logic rule for D and other options all going to qX)
qX is a yes/no question that says - you selected multiple options for the qN including None of the Above: You have two options to follow: if you truly mean None of the Above, click yes to go to the appropriate next question. If you did not mean to click None of the Above, click NO to go back and make the proper selections
if yes, go to qY, if no jump to qN
i know this is not the best workaround, but it does handle the logic flow for me..
Disable the multiple choice if respondent chose a specific answer, like none of the above is really important and useful, I really wish there was such feature in typefrom.
Hi there! Trying to determine whether or not to use Typeform for my business, but we need the functionality of a “None of the above” answer choice for multiple-choice questions if our assessment logic is to function correctly. Does anyone know if this is a feature that will be added within the next year? Thank you for your help!
Hi Liz- Are you implying that you can manually add the functionality of disabling multiple choice if None of the Above is selected. If so, how? Thanks.
I have a logic & scoring form & I need this functionality:
Multiple choice question but also has options "all of above" & "none of above" which need to move to next question
"all of above" = max score
“none of above” = no score
How Do I create the logic so that : All of the above (can't be selected with any other) & also None of the above (can't be selected with any other) in a multiple choice question.
Just wanted to add that I’m creating this survey, and this functionality would be immensely helpful. I have too many questions to set up logic to prevent someone from selecting “none of the above” plus another option.
