This may be a silly question. I created a new form that I am attempting to embed as a chat form. However, after the last question, it doesn’t progress to the next ending screen or submit the form info. What am I missing??

Would you mind sharing the URL once more? It looks like the one that was there previously was the link to the form itself, but not the chat version of the form. Thanks in advance!
