Hi

I am trying to customise my link but it says that I need to upgrade to paid plan.

I already upgraded earlier today but is still will not allow me.  Is there a delay with the process or should it be instantanius?

I have upgraded to the basic monthly payment plan.

Hi @propertymark A custom subdomain is a feature of our Plus plan. You will need to upgrade to this plan in order to access that feature. You can read more about our plans and pricing here.
