Im attempting to replace our new client email with a form. Currently we just have a template of the email we update before sending to each client, the opening is “Good (time of day) (name)!” with a following “Your appointment is booked for (date) at (time) with (stylist)”. Is it possible to update the form to be personalized for each recipient?

First, you would need to pass in their information using hidden fields. If you’re using a CRM to send the emails, then you would use a method like this.
Next, you would then show the personalized information in the form by using our recall feature. 😁
