Customizing the 'From' Email Address for Survey Notifications

Hello Typeform Community!

I've been working on setting up a survey and am now finalizing the follow-up emails. I noticed that the default 'From' email address for notifications sent to respondents is "notifications@typeform.com". I'd like to personalize this to use my own email address, to make it more recognizable for respondents and to maintain branding consistency. However, within the email setup interface, the 'From' field isn't clickable for me to change it.

Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, how did you manage to customize the sender email address? Are there additional steps or verifications required to set up a custom 'From' address on Typeform? Any guidance or tips you can share would be greatly appreciated!

As @john.desborough mentioned you would need to use your own transaction email service for that.
You can create a workflow using Zapier/Make.

Trigger: New Response on Typeform
Action: Send email via Mailgun/Mailjet/Mailchimp...

@Baro - in the followups, you cannot change the default sender email. 

you need to use an email service provider to do that - Mailchimp, convertkit etc.- in order to have your own email address and branding.
