Description Screen?

Hello, 

So far I absolutely love the the look and feel of the forms. That being said, I can’t seem to find a way to add a slide/page that simply has text and a continue button. The welcome screen is actually prefect but it will only let me use one of these - I need multiple throughout the survey. 

Any help or work around is much apprenticed.
