Does anyone use Typeform with prospects to guage their acceptance of your product/service?

Hi @rongary Got it, thanks! You could get started with one of our customer feedback form templates here, changing out the questions for more specific ones according to your onboarding process!

To make it more personal, you could use the recall information feature to mention their name.

    I provide retirement income and estate planning services for those individuals at or near retirement. When I add new clients, I want to send personalized surveys to gauge their satisfaction with my onboarding process and their comfort with recommending me to those they care about requiring similar services. Thanks.
