Edits from stakeholders

Hi! We do a lot of Typeforms that need to go out to a stakeholder group for edits prior to launch. Typically I get back an email (or a bunch) with screen captures of the questions that need to be modified. This is really cumbersome.

I’m not going to give a Typeform seat to a CEO and expect him to be able to navigate the system and make a change to an offending question.

Is there a better way? Is there a technique you have tried that is more efficient for getting edits back? One of the integrations? A site like Markup?

Thanks!

Hi @Metadog Happy Friday! Thanks for stopping by. The “Can View” role that we just released is the best solution for this. Though, there might be others in the community here that have created their own solutions that work for them!

Thanks for the response, Liz! Unfortunately, that would count against my user count. And, more importantly, the reviewer needs to provide me with notes about what needs to be edited or updated. That is the big problem we are having.
