Am I able to receive an email when a customer answers a type form?

Hi @JohnB432 Thanks! The email alerts need to be set for every form. Our article here can walk you through how to turn on notifications, and I also made the gif below:

    Thank you. I do not see notifications in my settings. Do I have it in my plan? I have a basic plan for now as I just signed up yesterday.

    Hi @JohnB432 Every account should have the notification settings. When you click on the gear in the builder, what options do you see? Do you mind sending a screenshot?
