Email field not allowing dash or hyphen "-" in domain name

Email field not allowing dash or hyphen in domain in any Typeform, even the demo templates but it was last week. Is this something anyone else is seeing or something with cookies? 

Here’s one of the demo templates. 
https://www.typeform.com/templates/t/simple-registration/

Using email address of abc@abc-usa.com is blocked but abc@abcusa.com is okay..
Error happens in all Typeforms we have tried.
Can this be fixed please?

Hi @ccs We didn’t have any known outages, so I’m afraid I don’t have further information as to what might have caused the issue. Though, our support team can log into your account and take a closer look into this, so definitely wait to hear back from them!

We are experiencing the exact same problem and it’s very frustrating. Typeform -- please help!

No news as to what happened but tested this morning and it’s working again. We missed over 24hrs of submission opportunities. Need to keep testing but so far it’s working.

@Liz It really had us scrambling for workarounds. Our main users (around 500) all have “-” dash in their email address. Any idea what happened and if it is something we need to worry about happening again in the future?

We submitted a support ticket at the time but have not heard anything from them.

Any feedback would help regain our confidence. Thank you,
