Embed a site link in a button on the survey?

I want to embed a website url in a button.  Can this be done?

Hi @Patrick OB Thanks for stopping by the community! You could hyperlink any of the text or use our redirect feature, but it’s not possible to hyperlink the buttons within the form before submission.
