embed spreadsheet or link to it in a survey question

I need the users of my survey to review an excel doc before answering a question. Is there a way to embed the spreadsheet or have a link that opens it in a new window? It would look like this:

Please review this spreadsheet and let us know if any required systems are NOT LISTED. Please enter the names of the missing systems in the field below.

Alternatively they could update the spreadsheet directly instead on typing it in the response.
