Evaluación 360º personalizada

Hola,

So, if I do have 3 different people to be assessed first quesition could be “who are you going to assess?” and the second one “what your working relationship is?” and so I could have all the different answers sorted by the name of the person who has been assessed and all the different people who assessed them. Is that right? And so; i just should have to use one Typeform instead of one per person who´s gonna be assessed, shouldn´t I?

Hi @Javier.Rubio_Coach. Welcome to the Typeform Community :hugging:

I hope you don't mind I'll answer your question in English. This is the language we use in the community. 🙂 When you send the typeform, you could also add a question asking if the respondent is: "reportes directos, compañeros o Director". In case they answer ''Yes'', then they can continue with the evaluation (you can set up this rule using Logic Jumps).

Do you believe this workaround would work for you?

Hey @Javier.Rubio_Coach. That's correct! =) You can also ask for the respondent's name if you're willing to recognize all the evaluations by their names.

Let us know how it goes when you create your form! I'll be happy to help further.
