Event type, Date, Time

Can I create a table/chart where people can choose which event to register, the time & date in one question?

You could use a dropdown question or a multiple choice question and add all the available options considering Event type, Date and Time. This wouldn't be a table, but the respondents would be able to scroll down to see all the available options. Would this work for you?
