File Upload Question Not Showing Up

For some random reason the file upload question is not showing up on my Typeform. 

I’ve toggled  with the require / not require and it doesn’t make a difference. 

 

I feel like this is a really simple fix but my un-caffenaited brain is not able to figure this one out… please help! & Thank You Community!

Hi @kirtikana oh goodness! Nothing worse than an un-caffeinated brain! I personally can’t work before two cups of coffee ha! Would you mind providing a few screenshots of the issue? For example, if you have any logic jumps setup (or any sending the respondent backwards in the form), this may be preventing the file upload from appearing. 

Additionally, you may need to click the publish button to save any recent changes. 

If you also feel comfortable sharing the URL of the form, that would be great as well. Thanks!!
