Follow Up Not Available

I get an error every time I try to access the Follow-up link in settings. I don’t know if there’s an issue on my side or not. I inherited this tool from a previous employee, and this is my first time trying to use it. I need to update the language on an automatic respondent email, and it’s been a bear to find where this utility is, but I’m still not sure if I’m doing it right. Could someone please kindly assist?
