Hi, I’m trying to set up a Follow-up to all the existing respondents of my already closed Typeform. I wanted to send out emails of their response summary. The trigger seems to only work for new responses, is there a way to do this or what would be the right trigger to use?

you’ll need to do something like connecting the form to Google Sheets, adding the existing responses to the google sheet (it’s a prompt that you will get) and then look at pushing the email/report out to them from Sheets.
you can do that with your crm if the data is already in there, using a zap.
you can use something like Document Studio, an add-on for Google Sheets, to create and send the email out to folks.
