Hey there! I’m trying to create a form that has space for a small description area and a checklist where my team can select multiple items - as many as apply, and then I’d like to convert those results into a graph or chart periodically. It will be an ongoing data grab. What’s the best way to format this? Thank you!!!

While we don’t have this feature in the product, you could use Google Data Studio for this. Our tech support team does this for their reporting, and you can read more about it below.
Would something like this work for you? It would be really custom, too, to however you’d like to display the data.
