Hello, I’m trying to add a small question depending if the people answer yes or no, but that question is not a new whole question, but completely dependent of the previous. How should i do it?

First, you’ll want to add all of the questions to your form. Once you add every question that could possibly be asked, you’ll then want to use logic jumps like this to show only the ones that apply based on the previous answers provided!
