If a property is selected then confirm this is the tenant

Hi there, 

I’m trying to figure out if something is possible.

We need to gather information about specific properties that we manage. Rather than having the person doing the inspections typing in the tenant name and contact info, is it possible to have a list of names/emails/phone numbers already generated and if a property is selected then confirm the tenant? 

For example, 

the first question is the address with a dropdown list containing all different properties/units

if a property A is selected then the next question would be to confirm is John Doe is the tenant. 

If this is possible I would also need the tenant name and contact info to be pulled from the typeform and entered into Monday.com.

Appreciate any insight into this.

Hi @CaseCRS It isn’t possible to connect to an outside database, so you would need to have this information pre-set into the questions before the respondent fills out the form. You could then use logic jumps like this to show different questions based on the previous answers.
