For your second question, the search tool you’re referencing isn’t a Typeform or Videoask, so you would need to use a tool such as Zendesk to create a help center type of search. 

Finally, once you publish the form, you can continue editing the form. All you have to do is click the publish button to be sure all of the changes made go live on your form.
