Inconsistent movements within questionnaire

Hi

My respondents have experienced two main issues:

  1. On completing a question, it skips back to the beginning (I - the questionnaire creator - actually experienced this myself once before publishing).
  2. On selecting a response on a question, it didn’t automatically move onto the next question.

Are these glitches common? Is there anything I can do?

Thanks John. This has only happened twice out of 30 responses so it’s not the logic. And as it is inconsistent, I can’t really take a video of it happening as a) it’s only happened to me once and b) the other times it is happened to others and they won’t be filling this questionnaire out again.

 

I guess I’ll just hope it was a glitch.

@Cwdyce - those sound like simple things to fix by checking your logic rules and ensuring that your questions are set to ‘required’ as necessary and that all the ‘pathing’ is properly set up in your logic. 

If you can take some screen shots of your logic set up and/or a video of the issue(s), we might be able help troubleshoot.

Hi @Liz. I haven’t had any further responses informing me this issuing repeated. I’ve gone external now and so I don't expect to gain any further insight. I’ll just assume people get beyond it if they do or will become one of the unfinished stats unfortunately.
