I’m in the process of setting up a survey and I have a spreadsheet of pre-generated single use codes to use as a part of this survey.
Is it possible to integrate this sheet and pull these codes into the Survey on the final page to avoid using a generic code?

You can pass the code in a hidden field, to be able to display it at the end of the form.
