Lead Capture Chatbot Template not loading

Hi,

I’m trying to use the Lead Capture Chatbot Template. When I preview the template it does show the chatbot design. However, once I click on the “use this template” button, the design loads as a regular typeform design. Any insights on why this is happening and how I can correct it? Thanks

Hi @JOEYBOY Happy Tuesday! This is the correct behavior. You’ll be able to change it to the chat format when you click in the “Share” panel, but in the builder, it will still build like a Typeform.
