Hi everyone,

We have a question type set up as a legal question. Clients should be able to choose I accept or I don’t accept as an answer. Why can’t we move forward if they choose I don’t accept?

Any advice on how to change this?

Hi @uadil This is expected behavior of the legal question. This question will ask them to accept the terms in order to move forward in the form. 

If you want to provide the option for them not to accept, you could use a yes/no question or a multiple choice question.
