Logo squashed / compressed

Hey community, 

When I upload a logo into the brand theme for my typeform, it appears squashed / compressed horizontally. In the preview within the brand theme, it is displayed correctly, so it must be a code issue. 

 

I’ve already tried several workaround, different file types etc. How can I fix this?

Hi ​@tenderedge sorry to hear this, the maximum size for a logo is 96x40 pixels, I’m guessing you’ve probably seen our guide to adding a logo here, I would recommend reaching out to our support team via this link if you haven’t already, so they can check why it’s appearing squashed 🙏
