Hi Typeform Gurus,

 

Please help me understand why this is happening?!

This form should not look like this. What is shown below is the title of the Typeform which should never be seen by users. This image is a screenshot from my mobile.

 

Here’s what it should look like. This is an image from the “mobile view” from my desktop.


These are my typeforms in the workspace.

 

 

There are 4 typeforms embeded on that page and all of them are displaying the typeform titles as you see above rather than the text of my first slide in my typeform.

All good. I fixed it by adding the code data-tf-inline-on-mobile.

Still not sure why I had to do this since it was working for about 5 hours without using that code.

If anyone with insights can still comment, would be good to understand why this happens.


@mathio might have some insight on this, if you could share the URL where the form is embedded. 😀

to improve user experience on mobile we automatically add welcome screen generated from your form title.

As you correctly pointed out, you can disable it by adding data-tf-inline-on-mobile. If you are using the share page, you can switch off the full-screen on mobile option on share page:
