"Move To" and "Delete" not showing for an Admin

Hi,

One of our Admin users can no longer see the options of “Move To” and “Delete” from the dropdown menus in the console.

We have tried clearing their cache but the problem still persists. This is on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Any suggestions?

    Hi ​@ATS Thanks for stopping by the community! This usually happens when they aren’t an admin in the space where the forms are located. 

    If they are for sure an admin in this space and those options aren’t showing, I’d have our support team take a look at this for you! You’d want to contact them from their account email here.

    Thanks, we have resolved this now.

    I did not realise that there were permissions for the account and then separate permissions for the workspaces.
