Multiple Answers in One Question

Hello, I have seen someone do these lovely questions in typeform where there are multiple select box answers for 1 question.  However i can’t recreate it.  Can anyone help?

Hi @Tom Warsop Happy Thursday! While we don’t have this field type available, it might be worth looking into our Question Groups! This would allow you to group multiple questions under one heading so it doesn’t seem like you’re asking a whole ton of questions at once.

    Thanks liz, thanks for your response!   I was told that the above form (images) was made in typeform though?  Do you think that is was made using something else?

    Hi @Tom Warsop We don’t have those kind of fields in Typeform, so it’s likely the form was made in another platform. 

    Life is a series of awkward moments separated by snacks.
