Multiple choice on contact info

Hello, I would like to know how to have a multiple choice on Contact Info. Actually, there is only one possibility to inform the entreprise contact info.

Hi @Renaud While it’s not possible to add a multiple choice question within the contact block, you can add both questions, one after the other, and group them in the question group like this so it appears like the same question:

    Hi @Renaud Happy Thursday! I’m afraid we don’t have this feature, but I can suggest adding both the contact info and multiple choice under a question group.

    Hey @Liz, thanks for your answer ! Hope you have a great thursday too ;) I don’t see what you mean. If I’m choosing Contact Info question, I can’t choose multiple choice in the same time.
