Multiple short text answers

Hello, I want to ask “How many children are you taking to the wedding and how old they are”. I would be ok with short text answer. But I need separate fields. Furthermore, I don’t know how many fields I need. Ideally there would be one, with new one popping under the existing after it gets some content.

Is something like that possible?

Or do I need to create like 5 questions (hopefully no one needs to take more than 5 kids) and use logic jumps after question (do you have more kids?)? This just seems really cumbersome.

Hi @MarB Thanks for stopping by! And yes, you’re correct - you would need to create as many possible options as the respondent could answer, and you could then use these logic jumps to show only the ones that apply.
