My Partial Submit Point Isn't Working

​@EverRaise - is the email field/question marked as required? if not, people can skip that question and the result is actually valid ie email empty in the partial response. 

Can you share a Loom video or screenshots of the typeform so that we can better help you?

Yes, I have the email field clicked as “Required.” 

Attached are screenshots. From the results, I see that I should have at least 21 emails. However, these are not populating in the results tab (or at least I’m not seeing where partial submissions should appear). 
 

​@EverRaise - look on the Responses tab and you should see the following, or something like this: 

note in the Response Type column there is one complete and one Partial submission .. and you can see both email addresses in the column on the left

in my test form i closed the browser tab before i got to the submit page and created the partial response that you see in the table above

Thanks, ​@john.desborough. I’ve done that, and here’s all that I’m seeing is 1 completed form. Am I totally missing/overlooking something? Thank you for your time.

 

​@EverRaise - going back to your post of screenshots - the Views of the email page were 21.. how many went to the following page in the Views? (because someone viewed a page doesn’t mean they input anything...) 

and has the partial submit been there all along? just askin’

​@john.desborough You’re good. It went from 21 to 18. And yes sir, the partial submit has been there. 

hmm.. if you have no filters on the responses and only showing 1 response, given that the email field is required, the partial submit should have captured those emails. 

I suggest you contact Typeform Support through this link as they may be able to see under the hood and tell you what the issue is..
