I have no Logic Jump icons anymore as described in the help videos. They’re simply not there. I have the Essentials package which includes unlimited Logic Jump capability. Anyone else with this problem?

I’m not sure I fully understand your issue, so let me check: the Logic features are not visible in your screen? Typeform interface had a major update recently (the old interface is called ‘Classic builder’ and the new one ‘New builder’), and I couldn’t find a help video about Logic in the New builder. So maybe the video you mentioned is refering to the Classic builder. If that’s the case, the Logic features in the New builder can be found in the right panel, just below the ‘Publish’ button.
If I misunderstand you, would you mind sharing a screenshot of your screen, so we can have a better understanding of the issue?
