Hi everyone,
For about a week now, some of my clients have stopped receiving notification emails from their Typeforms.
I contacted support and was told this is a known issue that’s currently being worked on. However, I haven’t received any further updates and haven’t been able to get a response via chat.
Since I manage multiple client accounts, I’m concerned this might be affecting more forms than we’re currently aware of.
Is anyone else experiencing issues with notification emails not being delivered?
And if so, have you found a temporary workaround?
