PIcture loading sideways

I have pictures stored on my laptop that when I drag to create a picture survey, it loads some pictures upright and some sideways?  I don’t see an edit feature to correct this.

Hi @Randy OH! I see. When you upload the photo, right afterwards you should see an option to adjust the photo settings (similar in my video). The downside is that these settings don’t appear again after you upload the image, so you would want to remove the image and then immediately adjust the rotation.

Hi @Randy That is definitely strange! Usually the photo will upload just as it is saved in the file, but if all else fails, you can rotate the image in the builder like so:

Let me know if you can’t find this setting.

No, it’s in the picture question, and I can’t find that setting to rotate.

Not a problem, @Randy ! Were you able to get the image rotated?

Well, not really, but I did reload them and they all came out straight this time.

Thank you,

RAndy
