Putting a submit button on the last quiz page before the call to action

I have a simple 4 question quiz but I want to capture the leads before they get to my call of action. So I am trying to find a way to get a submit button on the last question then go to the call to action.

Hi @resurrectedphoenix Happy little Friday! It isn’t possible to move the submit button, but could you use an ending for your call to action? The ending won’t appear until the respondent has clicked the submit button. 

Life is a series of awkward moments separated by snacks.
