Requesting Help wit Logic Path

Hello,

I’m creating a feedback form to be sent to 5 managers.  They will be asked to provide feedback on each other.  My first question asks the respondent their name, via multiple choice.  Then, I’ve created groups of questions on each manager (eg. Rick takes accountability, Rick is a good manager, Rick is trustworthy, etc.).

How do I structure the logic paths so that depending on their name (ie. their answer to the first multipe choice), they are asked about all other managers but not themself?  In other words, I want each respondent to skip just the questions related to them.

Appreciate the help of this group!!

Hi @SaraM Happy Tuesday! I hope you’re having a great week so far.

You’ll need to set up all of the possible questions and combinations using this method for logic jumps, which would show only the relevant questions based on the answers provided.
