Respondents can't upload picture

Some respondents can’t upload their picture file.

Thank you! I tested the form, and I was able to submit a file in the file upload, @rwmcares . Looking at the error in the screenshot, it looks like they just need to click the button to upload a file or they won’t be able to pass to the next question. 

Are there certain devices/browsers you’re seeing the issue on? Or what happens when they try to upload a file when it doesn’t let them?
