Respondents get notification even if I deactivated them

I don’t know why my respondents gets notification even after I deactivated them - because I’m sending them via email marketing provider.


Do someone have the same problem?

I have email address that still receive the Typeform forms. How do I remove the email addresses of those individuals that are no longer our employees?
