I created a Typeform with logic jumps like: question - proposition A, B, C - different answer for each proposition. Even if the question is required, it is possible to scroll down and see one of the answers, even though no answer to the question has been selected. How can this be fixed ?
After you add the multiple choice question (and make it required), add a new ‘Statement’ for the correct answer and each of the wrong answers (see screen shot).
The S1 is the first statement and S2 is the second statement I created. I used the Recall (@) function to recall the person’s response from Q1 “What color is the sky?”
I then applied a logic jump to each so if the person answers Blue they see the statement “You are correct! The sky is [Blue]. If they answer any other color they receive the ‘No, the sky is not [enter color selection].
From a fellow community member - thank for being here! I’d like to help if I can but need clarification. Are you wanting to show each of the possible responses to a required question before a participant chooses one of the options?
No, I don't want to show the answers until I have chosen one of the propositions of the question. Currently, the answer to the first question is displayed automatically when you scroll down, even if I didn’t choose a proposition.
Example:
What colour is the sky ?
A : Green
B : Blue
C : Red
This is a required question. I want people to answer before having the answer. However, even if I didn’t chose a proposition, if I scroll down, I will have the first answer “No, the sky is not green”.
