Track if participants watched a video

I am about to launch a few surveys where the participants will have to evaluate what they saw previously in a video we have embedded to the survey.

How can I track if the participants have actually watched the video?

Is there any parameter that can track the time they have spent per page? So I can screen out all the people who spent less time on the page video than the video length?

@Mr. Lorey - I have used the Video Triggers software from PlusThis to work with videos and tracking - not to trigger typeforms or track inside a typeform but for part of trigger email sequences.. Even with a video inside Typeform (I have done this on youtube videos) it will trigger the email response that I want sent.
