I want to build a form that will combine 2 profiles (primary and secondary) in order to ascertain the correct answer. Th form will have 11 questions (multi select option) then when they have finish selecting their options, they will then go to different endings. Each option is mapped to a  different identity.

Now to ascertain the right identity, the option with the most click because primary identity while the next most clicked becomes their secondary profile.

Please how can I set this up

Hi @Henry OKeke Chibundu,

Great question! With Typeform, you can create a Match quiz that will show respondents different end screens based on how they answer your multiple choice questions. However, it’ll only show respondents one end screen at the end. From what you’re describing, it sounds like you’re wanting to show respondents two end screens.

You could try to use logic and skip respondents to different Statement blocks (instead of end screens) to show them two Statement blocks. But this will require a lot of planning for all the possible answer combinations to skip them to the correct set of statements.

Another option would be to still use Match quiz, where you can select which answer options belong to which end screen but you can create end screen that has 2 identities in it. Then create end screens for all the different combinations of possible outcomes. Let’s say you can 3 identities (possible outcomes), for one end screen you can write identity 1 (primary) and identity 2 (secondary) for one possible outcome. Then another end screen with identity 1 (primary) and identity 3 (secondary). After you’ve created all the end screens, you can then select the answer choices that would belong to each end screen.

I hope this make sense and maybe one of these workarounds will work for what you’re looking for.
