New to this space….

 

Looking for feedback on our Typeform/VideoAsk integration found here:  https://www.impacterpathway.com/parent-diagnostic

 

Are there ways to reduce “clunkiness?”  Increase efficiency, etc.?

 

Any insights from Expert Users with experience in customer efficacy would be so valuable.

Same as @john.desborough. Not something I’ve tested out. Though perhaps if you describe a bit which parts you find clunky, @ImpacterPathway, and we - or others - might be able to make some suggestions?
