Unable to upload new logo to 'Design' - just hangs

We’ve occasionally seen this issue when:

• Your Typeform organization has more than one member or user.

• The theme you’re trying to edit, for example by adding a logo, was created and is owned by another member.

In this case, you won’t be able to edit the theme directly. The available workarounds are:

• Ask the theme owner to edit the theme and add the logo.

• Duplicate the theme, then edit the duplicate.

If you’re still experiencing issues and neither of the above applies or resolves the problem, please contact Typeform Support and share the URL of the typeform you are experiencing issues with. If the usual “Open a ticket” flow isn’t working for you, follow the steps in the section “If you don’t have an account, or have lost your account details, follow these steps” in the same post.
